• Identify and understand site talent base and talent development planning for fulfilling site future business needs.
• Focus on career development , seek for challenging roles for value creation and retention purpose. Identify and seek all opportunities for potential talent to maximum their capability and create more value.
• Optimize training system and upgrade training workflow & enhance training effectiveness.
• 5-8 years' work experience is required. Have manufactory external training audit experience, full function experience is plus.
• Familiar with HR related regulation and professional knowledge.
• Excellent in critical thinking, risk management and courage to challenge.
• Excellent communication skill.
